Infrastructure Development around Aerodromes

In accordance with the provisions under subpart 11 of the NAM-CATS-AH, the following provisions shall apply in the erection of objects, buildings, or other structures:

1. All obstacle applicants must obtain approval from the certified/licensed aerodrome if an obstacle is within a radius of 15 km (as applicable) from such an aerodrome.
2. A person may not construct any building structures or other objects that extend above a height of 45 meters above the mean level beyond the vicinity of an aerodrome (15km) without consulting the Executive Director.
